When I do the internet check in do I use my drivers license number or my map and parcel number. First time I've ever used this exemption, thanks.

Please give the license sales division a call at (615) 781-6585. If you are not already in the system, I think you may have to do a physical check in the first time to create you a TWRA profile. The license div. can do that in advance of the season giving you the ability to use the internet.
