Landowner exemption questions

In a previous thread noticed something about needing to apply for this. Where do you apply and then do you receive a card or something?
If you are land owner exempt do you need to buy a muzzle loader or archery stamp if you plan on hunting during these seasons?

There is nothing to apply for. You have to fill out the form found on page 55 of the Hunting Guide and have it on your person while hunting.

On land where you meet the exemption requirements, you are exempt from all licenses and permits. You are subject to all regulations including bag limit and check in procedures.
