Land owners exemption question

I hunt on my friend's property which is a small farm.He has several daughters and custody of a child from Germany as a foreign exchange student. His kids want to hunt with me and this is a way for me to pay him back for allowing me to hunt. Would this child who lives in his home and for whom he is responsible be permitted to hunt under the landowners exemption?

Do non-quota county doe restrictions apply to the landowner? For example in Loudon County we can't shoot does right now. Is my friend or his children allowed to harvest a doe right now?

The kid in his custody does not qualify for the landowner exemption.

Landowners have to abide by all seasons and bag limits.
