Lake levels

On Norris the lake gets dropped during the winter,seems like during the crappie spawn they raise it, if the eggs are laid at a certain depth/temp and then the lake is raised several feet will the eggs still hatch? temps will probably drop as the lake goes up. Seems to me they should raise it before or after a certain time to promote more fry but water=electricity and recreation comes in last

Yep. Same scenario on Douglas but it obviously doesn't hinder crappie reproduction.

Im thinking they drop norris more but could be wrong

40 to 43 feet on Douglas on a normal year.
