Kentucky hunting

Can someone steer me in the direction of where to hunt.. counties etc.. public land would be ok too just some decent public land please. I've looked for leases just hadn't got the right deal yet. Thanks

Go a tad further north and west and hunt Shawnee NF of Illinois. Lots of public land and some good deer.

Also very little competition. Check out the Shawnee around Golcondra.

Really any counties in Kentucky can be good if your on a good property. The counties along the Western Kentucky Parkway always produce a lot of nice Bucks. Those counties have a good mix of big woods and farmland.

Not currently, but in the future that could change. Currently I believe it's $240 for a NR Permit.
