It was time. I love Kellie and her relationships with her players and all that, but she just wasn't a great in game coach.
I despise her as well. If Tennessee hired her I would quit watching Lady Vols basketball completely.
I liked her and she was part of 3 national championship teams as a player if I remember correctly but just couldn't get them over the hump. I've seen several things about getting former Vol Kara Lawson who is at Duke. She might be a great hire but I'm thinking they need to go outside the family.

It was time and I hate seeing anyone lose their job. But I am glad our ad made the hard decision. He is known to make some good hires hope this is a good one to.

Kara Lawson is probably on the list, but for some reason I don't think she would come to Tn.
Read that some are pushing for Lindsay Gottlieb. I hate to see someone so devoted to UTK lose their job. I am also a U of L fan and they had to get rid of Kenny Payne. Sometimes change is needed to advance.
It would be very disappointing if they replaced Harper with Lawson. Only difference would be skin tone.
I would like to see them hire Lindy La Rocque from UNLV. Or Molly Miller. At least Miller would be something to look at. Wes Moore will probably be the #1 name on the list, but he's 66 years old. They should have hired him when they hired Holly Warlick, but the lesbians running the Lady Vols ad weren't hiring no man.
