Juvy with landowner exemption

First ? Does a child at any age have to have the hunters safety course to hunt there parents land on the juvenile hunt?
Second ? If they have never had a license,can they check in online under landowner exemption ?

No child under 10 years of age is required to have the hunter safety course. If at any age they are hunting on their parents land, they are exempt from the hunter education requirements.

Sorry, I have no knowledge of checking deer in under landowner exemption online. You may have to go to a checking station.
