Jugging bait

Ok all ya'll pro jugging folk I need a recipe for hotdogs to use on our jugs . So what is your favorite concoction ?

I soak my cheap hotdogs in koolaid, garlic powder, and salt. Don't know how much of a difference it makes, but I catch quite a few 2-6 pounders. Only problem with hotdog is that the turtles get it off of the hook pretty easily.

easiest thing ever, Ole Roy dinner rounds, get a coffee can of some kind, and just your standard botttle of fish scent...fill the can with dinner rounds, then fill the can with the fish scent. Let marinade over night, and continually soak..

grandad has been doing this for YEARS

oh and give a couple of the dinner rounds to the dogs too!

these are the only treats my pup gets.

Not a pro and only been a few times but we used small live perch & livers but the best thing was kotopka worms.

I read in a fishing magazine today.

Put chicken liver and salt in a coffee can. The liver will toughen up like leather and will last a long time. I am sure the salt will help attract the fish as well.
