Just noticed this today. String set was installed 6/17/17 and this is the cable loop on the top cam. Can't tell if it's just serving or the string underneath is coming out.

It looks like string material to me...very weird. I'd make sure your not making contact with anything that's snagging your cable through the draw cycle

It looks like the tag end has come thru somehow. Are you sure it wasn't like that previously? I would contact your builder

It was the tag end, he made me a new cable and we put it on last Tuesday.

Good to hear! As a builder myself, I figured that's what it was! Not sure how that happened to him but I'm glad you got it fixed!
