Is there any data to suggest that deer know the severity of a cold front?

I don't know if deer can, but my son can. He will start saying "rain" long before it even gets cloudy.

My brother claims his wife predicts rain when she sneezes!
1 sneeze = light and variable rainfall
2 sneezes = moderate rainfall
3 sneezes = a gully washer with winds and lightning!!I told him not to wake me unless she sneezes 4 times

I have seen small game go crazy before a snow storm, I would bet almost all animals can predict when a front is coming ,
