I have some issues w how Haynes bottoms is handled (duck hunting). What is the best way to discuss this w TWRA?

I'd start with the Region II Wildlife Manager, Richard Kirk. If you want to address the Commission, the TFWC meeting in April where the staff season recommendations are presented to the Commission for review would probably be the best time.

I'd also suggest sending your recommendations in right now for the season setting process where they are available for review by all of the staff.
