The Lodge Chef Collection may be what you're looking for. ??
Not sure what you are looking to spend.?
Finex and Smithey have some light weight stuff that you're going to pay close to $300 bucks for.

Lots of variables there, but Field Skillet Company is putting out excellent iron skillets. They're proud of them, but they are also exceptional. Smooth finish. Lightweight. Excellent seasoning. Otherwise, I'd start checking some antique shops or Facebook marketplace for old Wagner or Griswold skillets that you can refinish. I've done a dozen or so and they clean up nice if you buy one that isn't totally demolished.

I'm a big fan of LeCreuset ceramic coated cast iron. Best buy is at the outlet stores though. We have a wWilliams Sonoma outlet in Memphis that sells it for a lot off

Lodge is made in South Pittsburg, TN. Good quality and local company. We also have old cast iron from past generations; no ID as to who made it. We chuckle at the gimmicks on TV for different cookware. Keep cast iron seasoned and it will serve the same purpose. Never wash it with soap! Rinse good and scrub with a coarse cloth. Rinse again and put on the stove for 2 minutes. Remove and spray with a non-stick oil as canola oil.

We love our cast iron....the three pictured stay on top of stove and are used often....two are Lodge and one is a Griswold....we have others put up....also enjoy Dutch Oven cooking while camping with the boys at church....the big skillet with sausage is a no name #14.... capable of doing 32 scrambled eggs in one batch!....fits on top of a turkey cooker burner perfect...we appreciate good cast iron.

Never had heard of Field before so I read about them on their website..... interesting company and some beutiful skillets!!.....looks like with their process they will get you too the smooth finish sooner which is nice.....when treated correctly I don't believe you can go wrong with any quality cast iron skillet.... enjoy.
