I thought it was unusual when it happened and I knew people would be upset about it. After watching the game I think it was called as good as any game. The refs missed calls on both sides. IMHO.

What your not getting is when the calls were made and the situation they were called. There's a big difference in calling penalties when they need to be called and make up calls after the game is out of reach to make appear that it was even calls.

No. I got that. I don't think teams having the same number of penalties called during a game means the game was called good.
I'm saying the game was called as good as any game this season.
They missed calls on both teams. I don't see a bias in this game either way.
I think the team that executed the best throughout the game won.

I think the Red Elephant Club paid off the refs on Alabama's behalf, given the ease since the SEC office is in Birmingham, and that is the only reason that Alabama beat the juggernaut GBO's by 17 points.
The refs obviously affected many of Joey Aguilar's inaccurate throws, like the one to Zabien Brown that was returned 99-yards for an Alabama touchdown and they were also deeply influential in Heupel's play calling/decision making throughout the game.
If the referees would not have even been there Saturday night, the GBO's would have beaten Alabama like they have 2 out of the last 20 years.
History shows that the GBO's have really never lost a game to the opposing team—it's the referees, and only the referees, that beat the GBO's because they're unbeatable otherwise.

(The above is a snapshot into the mind of most GBO fans and the reason why they rank as one of the most delusional fanbases in college football year in and year out.)

ROLL TIDE!!

I saw it in the broadcast and just thought "yeah that figures" lol
We didn't lose cause of the refs. The major gripe I had in game were the multiple bad spots. I think all but one they got right after review though so alls well that ends well on that front.
Still not a good look I'd say

Ditto!

We played a bad game and lost.

That said, not a good look for officials to be cuddling players on either side before the game. I don't care if you're his uncle, cousin, whatever. You tuck that crap in and do it elsewhere.

SEC already dumped another crew this week. I'd watch that crap if I were Heaser.

Did anyone bother to look at the poll at the bottom of the link you provided ? 48% of the people responding said Coaching was the reason the vols lost the game. 34% said it was because of offense and 17% said it was because of defense. Gotta think the majority of them are right.
No one is giving AtoZ their info to vote and get those results

They prob have 100 votes total

He's too stupid to realize that. He's also too stupid to realize the poll responders could all be alabama fans. I should just put the period after "he's too stupid" every single time.

Look who's calling who stupid. You have to vote in the poll to get the results. And I posted the results IRT So you know at least ONE ALABAMA fan voted in the poll. LMAO
