Phone number. I need to get in touch with him to speak to a wildlife class and i cannot track him down to save my life. If i can't get him, i need a representative from TWRA. Please advise.

Give Region II a call at 615-781-6622 and ask for the radio dispatcher. Leave a call back number. If he doesn't get back to you in a reasonable time, give Region II a call and ask for Major Bailey.
