I need a Oven brisket recipe

Take some beef broth and inject your brisket.
Mix a 1/4 cup of salt,1/4 cup fresh cracked pepper, 1 tablespoon sugar and 1 teaspoon chipotle powder and 1 teaspoon smoked paprika, rub the brisket down.

Preheat oven to 250. Cook brisket until the internal temp hits 145. Wrap in foil and cook until internal temp hits 195. Let the brisket rest, wrapped for 30 minutes.
Slice and enjoy.
 
For whole untrimmed brisket
Rub with spices of choice.

Smoke for 2 hrs @ 200 using plenty of chips.

Put in foil pan or baking dish and cover tightly with foil.
Bake in oven at 500' for exactly 60 minutes and shut the oven off.
DO NOT OPEN THE OVEN for 4 hours under pain of death.

Moist and tender brisket. Yum !
 
Heat oven to 200. Trim most of the fat. Put brisket in large pan. Sprinkle with season salt and garlic and a pinch of sugar. Add a dadh of worcestshire sauce and a half a bottle of liquid smoke. Cover with foil. Put it in oven over night or about 12 hours. Take out and shred the meat and then add sweet baby rays bbq sauce and mix together. Cover with foil. then throw it back in oven for 2 more hours. Awesomeness.
 
Leave the fat cap about 1/4" thick, as uniform as you can. Don't trim most of it off. When the meat is cooked, it's ALWAYS fat side up.

Why shred it?

He lost me at Liquid smoke.... :grin:
