I am sick of meat prices!!!!!!!!!

Man OI went to Wal-Fart and it was 5.00 for a whole chicken!! 5 bucks!!!
I have had it!! Who can I buy a cow from? I want to buy a cow or half a cow! Something that tastes just as good as the grocery store meat!
Is it cheaper buying it this way and having it cut the way I want it?
Can I buy chicken cheaper anywhere?

Christy is pissed because we are almost out of deer burger!! She has about 4 lbs of ground venison left and we killed 6 last year! She said she is almost to the point of shooting them from the deck if she sees them this year crossing the ridge in the back!!
Anyhow tell me the best way to buy meat guys! I am serious!!

My family buys a calf every year! Takes it to Yolder Bros and gets it processed there. Steak, burger.......... you name it its in the freezer. Not sure how much dad pays to have it done but it may be something to keep in mind.
