To print all of the statutes, proclamations, and rules and regulations would require a document about 300 pages long and would probably cost about $50.00 each. TWRA doesn't have the money to give publications like that away for free.
TWRA meets the legal requirements by posting all of the Proclamations at the county court house. In addition, in recent years, links to all of these documents are found on the TWRA website.
