How to cook venison head

Why skin it out?

Burn the hair off with a blow torch and throw the whole thing in a pot of stew or soup. That's the way they do sheep heads in South America.

Looks like we have less to throw away and higher yields when butchering deer now.

We cooked a goat head like that once. Pulled all the meat off after cooking and put bbq sauce to it. It was great!

I'd try it, but that isn't something I'd be willing to spend the time cooking myself.
