How to cook venison head

Why skin it out?

Burn the hair off with a blow torch and throw the whole thing in a pot of stew or soup. That's the way they do sheep heads in South America.

Looks like we have less to throw away and higher yields when butchering deer now. :D

We cooked a goat head like that once. Pulled all the meat off after cooking and put bbq sauce to it. It was great!
