how to call in a bobcat

Ive called them in with dying rabbit and house cat distress. They come in at a little slower pace than yotes. Ive gotten up too soon before and spooked them.

Cats like "busy" type sounds, birds, rodents etc. Call constantly, just keep it rolling but don't be afraid to change up sounds if one doesn't seem to be working. They can take FOREVER to come in, if I'm targeting cats specifically, I call no less than a hour. Watch any surrounding cover until your eyes bleed because they normally will hunker in a bush and just watch. In my thirty years of calling I've only had a handful that came in on a mission, most of the time they are coming slow and sneaky taking advantage of any thick cover they have. It's a lot different than calling coyotes. Good luck!
