After 5.5 it's hard to say but he's obviously fully mature. What a great buck! Very Nice! Congratulations!

Agreed. After 5.5 it's hard to say. Those pics were taken second week of September so he's fat as he'll be and no rutted up neck yet, but his neck is still flush to his chest. He's been around awhile. I don't think your guess or 6 or 7 is out of line.

No I didn't, I wish I would have but by the time I got him out I was wore out. Took me 6 hours. If he would have been smaller I would have quartered up in woods but I really wanted to mount and was curious about the weight so I was determined to get him out. Weighed 168 dressed. Guess I was excited because I guessed he'd weigh a lot more.

You are spot on, could easily be that old but def 5.5+
Beautiful mature buck! He isn't a day younger than 5.5
fully mature but id definitely been sending those 2 front teeth off to know for sure. id say 6.5
i bet his neck was massive in november. pretty thick in mid september!!!
