I've been catching some... few and far between since November. I got into some in November schooling in Flat Creek and caught 6 or 8 pretty decent ones.

All of the ones I have caught have been on the Red Eye Shad lipless crankbait in 1/4 or 1/2 oz size... usually some type of chrome pattern. Not what I am use to fishing for them with since we always used Panther Martins back home.

I'll be heading to Douglas tomorrow afternoon if nothing happens. Good luck to you.

Crappie fishing was slow around Indian Creek. Lots of fish being caught, few keepers.

Caught 20 crappie yesterday in a couple of hours and brought home 8 keepers from indian creek
