I am having trouble getting a spark on my 1989 NX 125. I use it to putt around on at the lake, but recently I haven't been able to get a spark. I replaced the coil a few months ago thinking this was the issue and got spark for a short period of time. Once the bike shut off, I never got another spark. Any ideas of what could be causing this? Do I need to replace the CDI box?

I would start with the easy stuff bad kill switch. You can test it out with an ohm meter. Pickup pulsar or pickup coil, it is inside the stator cover. Believe it will be the blue wire coming out of the stator cover. Should be a pulsing current on it when turning the engine over.
