2007 Honda Rancher FourTrax 420 ES Value

I have an 07' Rancher 420 ES 2x4 with 692 miles, and 113 hours. It could use some tires, other than that it is in good shape, zero issues. I lost my lease last year and it is just sitting in the garage taking up space and gather dust. What would be a reasonable asking price?

The 4x4's are bringing upper $3000's, so I would think low $3000s would be reasonable if no issues.
