I picked up the Henry this morning. The furniture has nice walnut figure, the two pieces have a similar color and both have a good fit to the receiver. The checkering looks very fine and sharp. The receiver has a matte blue finish with a similar finish on the barrel. The machining looks very good with no rough surfaces I can see outside. The model I bought came with the scope mounts and no sights. The trigger pull is probably around 4.5-6 lbs. I won't know until I put the scale on it for sure. They even included the assembly QC checklist sheet in the box Its a sharp gun overall. I bought the Henry through SAI in Knoxville. It was ordered Tuesday and delivered today. Overall it was a good experience. :mrgreen:

Give us a range report when you can. This rifle is one I've seriously been looking at. Already have a Henry H010 in 45-70...great rifle. I expect the Long Ranger to be just as good of a rifle, if not better.
