About ready to go to the bottle. I have been reading a lot about bulk aging brew, so I am trying to give a month in the fermenter as opposed to the standard 7-10 days.

Should be a great Late Spring brew.
 
Make sure you give it enough time in the bottle. It will have a funky/skunky aftertaste if still "green".
