I have been asked to come hunt a piece of property in Hardin county. The land borders about 500 acres owned by Ross forests partnership. I was just curious if there are any big deer in that area. It would be about a hour and a half drive to go check it out, so I'm really not that motivated yet to go. I'm the only one who would be hunting this property, legally.

I've seen some good bucks in that area. Never hunted just working and driving through...been about 2 years since I've been that way. Nice that you got land to hunt there, I tried but never got permission.

If you can find someone to let you hunt, you need to check it out.

They asked me to come last year, but I never did. This year they are determined to get me hunting on their land. If nothing changes, I'm planning on making the drive tomorrow to check it out.
Thanks for the replies.
