ground blind on public land

If you set up a ground blind on public land does need to have any orange on it? Thanks in advance

There is no requirement, but I certainly wouldn't be in one during any of the firearm seasons without it.

In addition, if it is going to be left unattended for more than 24 hours (and is on a WMA), it requires authorization from the Area Manager.

And, of course, if/when it gets stolen, it is not a TWRA issue.
