Grilled trout

I'm a catch and release fella but these 2 were hungry swallowed on first bite.

brought them home and grilled them up.....fine eating they were.

Trout have a different flavor but it is good only when it it is NOT cooked 3/4.

Really have to cook Trout all the way through. It ain;t salmon.

Best fish I ever had is caught and literally minutes later cooked (by woodyard) on the bank of the White River.
Freezer slaw ain't too shabby either. ;)
