Good or Bad?

I went out to my place today. I noticed that my neighbor on the south side of my property is getting logged. I have 32 acres that is surrounded by 300 acres of woods. My place is 18 acres of open land that I bushhog and the other 14 acres is very thick. The guy who is logging has 150 acres of the woods to the south of me. This area is where a majority of the deer come from to my stand. I was just wondering what you guys think.

It'll provide additional cover and up the carrying capacity for a while. Id focus on getting some quality food in the open ground and I think you'll be in the thick of it!

I think for a year or 2 you may be in trouble,Depends on how extensive the logging is.And when they are done logging,

Usually bad for a few years until the growth comes back and then fantastic.

yep make a food plot and draw them there. even if the deer leave where there logging the wont go far especially if theres a nice big plot of grub for them close by...
