Because of time, Haven't been able to spray but was planning on spraying tomorrow.

With the cooler temps highs in the low 70's and lows on the mid 50's....will gly-4 still work?

Yes it will work. In fact, it will work better now than before the rain. The faster the plant is growing, the faster Round-up kills, and before the rain, plants had gone virtually dormant due to the drought.

You only need a good hour for it to be rain fast. I use to have a back yard that was mostly bermuda grass and would wait for the bermuda to go dormant in the late fall then spray the entire yard to kill the weeds and fescue that were in it. This helped let the bermuda fill in quicker the next spring. Spray away as long as you have a good hour of no rain.
