Night sights are the first thing I do. I just put a set of TFO's on my 19 last week.

trigger job, reduced power spring set, lots of polishing on the sear and trigge bar, minor grinding on the extractor. just to get you started.

Night sights and ammo

The only thing I did to mine was get the magazine extensions. I would like to add night sights in the future though.

Extended slide release and trigger connector. I carry IWB and the extended mag release dug into my side. Glocks DO NOT NEED the grinding and polishing that some guys do. Nite sites are ok too but I have been carrying Glocks since they came to this country in 1989 and have never needed them nor even used them.

I've only had my Glock 22 since 1991. When my near vision started getting a little fuzzy in my mid 40's, I put the XS Express Big Dot sights on it and that really helped. Other than that just lots of ammo.

I have Meprolight night sights, grip plug and extended mag release on my G22. An extended mag release was a must for me so I didn't have to reacquire a grip to change the mag. I bought the Long Wolf version for a few bucks. No need to spend $30 on one. I don't use the slide release or I would put an extended release on there, too.
