Glock G48 MOS with Holosun 407k green dot

I decided on getting the Holosun 407k green dot to mount on my G48 MOS. Having to wait till Saturday to zero it. I think I'm going to like it!

I have been very impressed with the Holosun. I think I have 5 now on everything from a 9mm pcc to my 835 and they just work.

I've not moved into the Red Dots for SD fan club yet, but I have put them on range guns. I haven't got as much trigger time with them as I would like and have only used red. Anyone that have the red and green both care to comment on their preference?

I have red and green on my ar carbine and ar pistol. Have shot both colors and I'm thinking I like the green better.

I definitely pickup the green better/quicker on my handgun.

I really like the g48. I have a g 45 that I used to carry and still do at times. But this Slimline is so much lighter and easier to carry/conceal since it's so slim. I guess the only drawback is the 10-round magazine if that matters to you. But I carry two extra mags so it's not a big deal to me.

I run a G48 with a Holosun. It is a great gun. I love how slim it is. I use Shield Arms magazines in mine which allow you to carry 15+1 in the 48. Same capacity as a G19 but a lot slimmer.

I haven't tried the shield arms mags. I've heard positive and negative reviews on them. What's your experience with them?

I have 6 mags. Of the 4 I have used I have not had any issues with them. I ran at least 200 rounds through each before it goes into my carry rotation. I really like them.
