Gas station/tackle shop in Brentwood/Franklin for crickets?

I'm wanting to take my son fishing over at Harlinsdale Farm. I know we won't catch much, if anything, but want to get him started fishing as early as possible. Plus it's a reason to get him out since he loves just being outside.

I've been trying to find a gas station in the Brentwood/Franklin area that sells crickets since that's the best option to catch something. He'll probably have more fun playing with the crickets anyways (he's just over a year and a half).

So, does anybody know of a gas station or tackle shop in that area that sells crickets?

I'm not aware of any live bait shops in that area. Your best bet is a pet store where they sell crickets to feed snakes, lizards.

Are there any walmarts in the area?
SOME of them around here sell crickets.
Just a thought.

I didn't even think about a pet store. I'll go check the Petsmart by the house and see what they have.

I also wonder if TSC or the Williamson Co Co-op would sell them.
