Pears probably and it depends on what you mean produce? You'll start getting some in 3 to 5 years depending how old they are when you get them.
 
I agree ,some will have a couple the first year even,but it takes several years to get production enough to influence deer to come feed.Probably 5 to 7 years.Its true what you read on web sites,when they say produce in 2 years,just not much production.
 
All depends on what you want it for. For deer, it would be hard to beat almost any semi dwarf pear, although I am getting close with most of my apples and crabapples. For a home planting it would be hard to beat a good apple on dwarf roots like B9. As for the time, that is all extremely variable and has alot of "depends".
