Probably so. I got some on Pears pretty bad. Pretty much all new top growth because they are down low in a frost pocket. Ill prune it out since it includes stem as well and I dont want to leave any goodies for pests.

Frost got a few fig leaves and persimmon buds

My fig trees had several leaves burned by the frost. New leaves have already grown out, so it appears no real damage there. Unfortunately, two of my best producing persimmons are dropping all their buds. The ground beneath these two trees are covered with little flower buds. Several other females started budding later and just now have flowers coming out.
