how many pounds of dressed meat would you end up with from a half? not sure if I have the freezer space.

If the steers average 1200 lbs at slaughter, the dressed weight will be around 700-730 lbs.

I have a steer that will probably only weigh 900-1000 lbs at slaughter time if that might be small enough?
