A buddy of mine shot a nice buck opening weekend and hit high shoulder. Looked for deer but never found it or any blood. Well today after hunting a new spot on same property he stumbled across his buck. He said it was a dern good un that weekend and He wasn't lying! Buck was shot with a rage 2 blade and had a small hole in shoulder blade so I am assuming arrow passed just inside shoulder blade. Unfortunate that all meat was lost to coyotes but I am really happy for him that he was able to recover this awesome rack and have peace of mind as well. Congrats Dennis! Btw I will post pic ASAP! Rough scored 141 6/8 gross, 138 net! Fine buck anywhere!
