I grew up a Dallas Cowboy fan and liked the heck out of Emmitt but have to disagree with him here. DEI is bullcrap. Hire the best person for the job regardless of sex and race. Hiring somebody because of either is the definition of sexism or racism right? It's a 2-way street. I hear people say reverse discrimination. There's no such thing. Discrimination is discrimination!
