My favorite fishing partner is my wife. She and I even fished while we were dating! Talking about a cheap date. 
Anyway we went down under the bridge to Alcoa and tried it for awhile. I just had my boat fixed so I didn't want to risk a long run just yet.
Since we mostly try and catch trophy-sized catfish, we spend the early evening catching bluegill for bait. I think we caught over 50 with ease. We were tangling up our lines from catching so many fish! I'm going to try changing some out as I think maybe the line was the blame.
While we were there something kept chasing all the minnows. They would explode out of the water as the predator fish lashed into them! It was truly an awesome sight. I thought they were stripes, but I think they were all largemouth bass.
Anyway we caught a couple of bass and one decent sized blue catfish.
