Can you go any larger? 20x50 feet would be 1/43 of an acre. Maybe you meant yards.

Whether feet or yards.......
If you sprayed correctly (which sounds like you did with it turning yellow after just 2 days), it will probably die.
1) I would definitely till/disc it up.
2) For a plot that size, I would just mix the wheat and oats together, and spread it.
3)Disc it over again or if anything, drag something behind the tractor (a log if need be chained at both ends to drag the soil over the seed). Oats need to be 1" - 2" below the surface. The wheat will grow regardless in most circumstances.
4) Then go through and spread the clover on top. It will grow right on top.
You should be good to go. Good luck!

Look out next year you will be wanting to plant 20-50 ac. Watching the plot is better than actually hunting them sometimes.

Lime it heavily now and ligtly to moderately again in spring. Next fall you will be good to excellent on your ph.
