So this is the 3rd year for the fundraiser.
First year we sold 60.
Last year we sold 115.
This year I have to cook 195!!!!!!!!!
Tomorrow night, with the low in Lebanon at 25!
Even had to move it to the fairgrounds for the extra space and pit smoker!
Pork chops thawing, 2 lbs of pinto beans soaking, Dutch oven cornbread and peach cobbler for dinner tomorrow.
I bet you general education teachers don't have this much fun with their jobs!!!!!!!!! [cool]
