So I purchased my federal duck stamp online in another state (Arkansas). The tricky part is that I just have the receipt as proof (good for 45 days or so in Arkansas until they can mail it out) but unsure if TWRA will accept that or not. My guess is that it would come down to the individual officer but wasn't sure if this was something that has come up before.
