Food Plots Fall plots- cooler weather

So this cooler weather this evening in mid TN is not helping me with the opening morning wait. It does have me thinking though. Would you take a risk and plant fall plots a few weeks earlier this year? If the summer keeps going like it has we have plenty of rain and they won't burn up. Thinking you could get more growth and hold more deer longer. ***disclaimer I am new to food plots (3rd year) and sure most of you know a lot more than I do***

Regardless of the weather patterns, I wouldn't plant any earlier than Labor Day.

I have some brassicas in ground all ready.

I was/am on track for mid Aug plant -

We plan on putting brassica in ground 8/10 if weather holds. The other stuff will do as weather dictates.

As others have said, brassicas can be planted this month but I would hold off on the rest for a while.
