what is the law about selling wild mounts and horns? Every now and then i see some for sell on CL and wondered what was needed to sell them

I believe it is unless they are considered a work of art (as in taxidermy). Could be wrong.

Makes sense to me but I've never heard anything about hard horn racks being illegal to buy and sell. Would be interesting to hear more details on the story on what exactly made the transactions illegal.
