I posted in the long beard list but I figured this might have more traffic this time of year.
I'd like to smoke a turkey for thanksgiving but didn't get a chance to turkey-hunt this year.
I could easily go down and pay $.49/lb for a turkey at the local grocer, but who the heck knows what's been put into that poor bird (hormones, anti-biotics, lord knows what else)
Does anyone in the Chattanooga area have an extra turkey they'd be willing to part with?
