Bought some chicken "tenderloins" marinated them a couple hours in teriyaki sauce.
Got a bag of the cole slaw mix, just plain and dry.

Threw the mix on the griddle and stirred it around with teriyaki sauce applied liberally.
Chopped the chicken up into chunks.
Wife mixed hers together, I put mine on a tortilla shell and topped with yum-yum sauce.

Really simple and tasted great !!
The only downside was the cleanup required a tad more time than usual.

Wife wanted to know when we could have it again. LOL

I've been sucked into this thread at least 4 times over the last 36 hours. You're making me hungry.

Look up some of the fried rice recipes. Really solid meal for a crowd on the black stone.
Key is to cook the rice a day or so ahead of time and put it in the fridge.
Just thought you might want another option for that yum yum sauce

I like the look of those paddle things. Where you get them? They work good? Clean up without a pressure washer?

That isn't my picture.
I got a kit for christmas that had two spatulas like those, a scraper and a "burger spatula" sucker is like 6" across.

I scrape after I cook, then just squirt water and as it boils / steams, it breaks everything loose.
Scrape it all out the back, then let it cool a bit and oil her down.
Easy peasy.

Can we make this the official blackstone/griddle thread?
Pulled mine out of cold storage earlier this week. It had sat for months, granted it was covered and in an insulated shop. But still looked to be in real good shape. Little bit of clean up and she was ready to go. Grilled up some peppers & onions, smoked & andouille sausage and some of those chicken tenderloins left over from another recipe. Simple but good.
