Everybody told me not to start duck hunting

For years people told me not to do it. For Christmas 2016 my wife surprised me with a new Browning A5. 2017 was my first year duck hunting and I see why I had always heard don't try it. It's got to be the most addictive Adrenalin pumping hunting I've ever experienced. Oh and I'm going broke lol

That sounds about right. Congrats on the new A5, consider yourself lucky to saved some money & time there- lot of folks start with a good ol pump gun like they shoot at everything else (and there's not a thing wrong with that!) and only after their first season do they figure out they ought to get one of those slick autos!

I got a hand me down 835 with the 24" turkey barrel. That just wouldn't do so I started by simply getting a 28" barrel, just to see if I liked it...

It's the best though.
