I have never had that happen to me. I know a few people that have had it happen to them. That could be scary.

No, but I saw the results of picking one up that wasn't quite dead. Tore my Uncle's hand up. It made a real impression on a 12 year old hunter!

Few years ago my son walked out and saw a cat had a hold of a squirrel. He tried to save the squirrel and pulled it by the tail. Got him good. Learned at the ER That squirrels have never been known to pass rabies to a human
