We tried to target Stripes at Pickwick Dam today but didn't get a single hit from one. We did manage to not get skunked with this 12.5 pound cat and this oddball crappie that hit a 4oz spoon in the current.

Artificial, we started out throwing A rigs and ended throwing 4oz spoons. The cat and crappie are the only two bites I had the whole time.

It could have been worse. At least you caught something.

Nice crappie. We have been catching huge crappie on live minnows. But cant get them to touch an artificial.
